SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Era Of Next. The following terms apply to orders shipped from Spain to customers in the United States.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 12 -16 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Spanish public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues beyond our control.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard International Shipping (Spain → USA): 7–14 business days.
    • Express International Shipping (Spain → USA): 3–7 business days.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All orders are shipped from Spain.
  • U.S. customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by U.S. customs.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Era Of Next is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Keep all packaging and the product before filing.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
