SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Era Of Next. The following terms apply to orders shipped from Spain to customers in the United States.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 12 -16 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Spanish public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues beyond our control.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard International Shipping (Spain → USA): 7–14 business days.
- Express International Shipping (Spain → USA): 3–7 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders are shipped from Spain.
U.S. customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by U.S. customs.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Era Of Next is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Keep all packaging and the product before filing.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
